I’ve spent over 15 years helping organisations get real value from their Microsoft technology, specialising in Dynamics 365 CE.

From hands-on solution architecture to team leadership and strategy, I’ve worked across the full project lifecycle, including pre-sales, scoping, delivery, and ongoing optimisation.

With years of experience leading the digital transformation of a wide range of organisations I'm now leading the charge to bring Business Central to the NonProfit sector to drive change for the future. 

Mark leads Red Badger's Enterprise Solutions capability, helping complex organisations, including not-for-profits, modernise key business systems through platform-led digital transformation. He brings nearly three decades of experience across telecommunications, financial services, government, and media, with a track record of building and scaling high-performing teams internationally.

Francis is a Principal Product & Insights Consultant who works with organisations to interrogate business strategy, performance and current processes, translating these into clear measurement frameworks and data integration requirements that drive meaningful outcomes.

Shane Hudson focuses on building and growing Factorial's partner ecosystem across the UK and Netherlands markets. He works closely with strategic partners to drive collaboration, strengthen go-to-market execution and support Factorial’s expansion in these regions.
